About Alligator Juniper

Alligator Juniper is an award-winning national literary magazine published by Prescott College since 1995, and features contemporary poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction. It encourages submissions from writers at all levels, emerging, early-career, and established, and produces one annual issue comprised of the winners and finalists of its national contests, first-place winners of the James & Judith Walsh Awards, and a themed Gallery section.

Sheila Sanderson is Editor, Jason Inman is Assistant Managing Editor. Volume XXI includes National Prizewinners Rick Kempa for Creative Nonfiction, Charles Booth for Fiction, and Christopher Buckley for Poetry. The event will include readings from James and Judith Walsh Award-winning students.
